Bangkok International Digital Content (BIDC) Festival is the largest digital content industry convention in Thailand. The First BIDC was held in 2014 with International and Thai professionals in the field of digital games, animations, character design, CG, VFX, e-learning and emerging technologies coming together to create new businesses and partnerships. In the past, BIDC committees and sponsors had worked with leading Thai companies such as The Monk Studios, Igloo Studio, Riff Studio, Yggdrazil, Kantana Animation and 2Spot Studio.
During 2020 – 2022, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand and throughout the world, the BIDC organizing committee decided to move BIDC to the online world. BIDC 2022 had presented 23 awards for outstanding works in various fields of digital content, organized 19 webinar sessions, arranged 266 business matching sessions and generated over 690 million baht in business negotiation value.

For the 10th Bangkok International Digital Content Festival in 2024, BIDC 2024 will
be organized onsite in Bangkok, Thailand during 24 July – 8 August 2024.

Digital Content Showcase and Exhibition
A curated exhibition featuring both Thai and international creators across animation, games, and multimedia platforms — including dedicated areas for emerging creators and IP showcases.
Animation Screening and Pitching Sessions
Exclusive screenings of selected animated short films and content pitching sessions from promising creators under the Content Lab incubation program.
PUBAT x BIDC Networking Session
A new initiative in collaboration with the Publishers and Booksellers Association of Thailand (PUBAT), connecting book publishers and IP owners with the digital content sector.
Digital Content Job Fair
Bridging industry professionals and new talent, this job fair provides direct access to career opportunities in the animation, gaming, and digital media industries.
Expanded B2B and B2C Format
For the first time, BIDC 2025 will feature a fully integrated format welcoming both industry professionals and the general public, promoting a broader engagement with the digital content ecosystem.
